Custom domain hosting requires coordination with your IT team for DNS and SSL setup. Typical turnaround is 2–4 weeks on the customer side and runs in parallel with our production timeline.

How is the flagship engagement billed?
50% on signed order, 50% on publication. Net 30 terms. Payment by wire or ACH.
What’s the commitment on the ongoing plan?
Twelve months, billed monthly or annually. Annual billing includes a month credit. Cancel anytime after the initial term with 60 days’ notice.
Is there a refund policy?
Before production begins, the full deposit is refundable. Once draft work is delivered, the first instalment is non-refundable. Ongoing plan fees are non-refundable for the current month.
Are there additional charges?
No. Hosting, analytics, domain setup, and standard revisions are included. Custom integrations or additional language versions are quoted separately.
Do you support purchase orders and vendor onboarding?
Yes. We complete standard vendor onboarding, W-9, COI, and SOC 2 documentation on request.
